The Coach Hill Patterson Heights Community Association's 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:
Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7 p.m.
at the Strathcona Community Association, Founder's Room
277 Strathcona Dr SW
Only members with a valid paid membership will be permitted to vote on motions at the AGM.
To check the status of your membership or purchase a new membership, please email membership@chph.ca. You may purchase a membership at the AGM; however, due to time constraints, we ask that you please do so in advance. All community members can attend.

Prior to the AGM, members with valid memberships will receive the proposed agenda, which will outline motions that will be brought to a vote at this year's AGM.
If you have a concern or question you would like addressed by the Board at the AGM, please email president@chph.ca in advance of the AGM.
We often get asked, "What does the community association do?"
We advocate on roads and traffic issues.
We monitor and comment on proposed developments in the community.
We put on community events such as the Stampede Breakfast, Movie in the Park, and the annual Community Cleanup/Recycling Event.
We build community infrastructure such as the upcoming Outdoor Activity Hub, the pop-up rink, and playgrounds.
We bring local programming to the community, such as Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Tennis, and Yoga in the Park.
We are building the Outdoor Community Hub (an update on our progress will be provided at the AGM)
But we can’t do this and more without your input and support!
The AGM is an excellent opportunity for you to check in on our progress and have your say on our finances and plans for the future.
