Are you ready to dive into a world of impact, fun, and fulfillment? Have 5-10 hours a month to volunteer? Join us in shaping the heartbeat of our community as a valued member of our Board of Directors.

Current CHPH Board of Director Vacancies

TREASURER - URGENTLY NEEDED

*Current Treasurer is moving out of the community

• Executive role, Minimum 2-year commitment

• Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Lead the Finance Committee and provide updates to the Board

• Plan and execute budget

• Maintain accurate records and monthly transactions

• Oversee the annual AuditCOMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

• Minimum 1-year commitment

• Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Maintain and update Website

• Maintain Social Media presence on Facebook and Instagram

• Work with Membership Coordinator to send regular email newsletters to member list

• Provide content to Great West News for monthly Broadcaster Newsletter

• Promote community events and activities as requested by other board members using the above channels of communication

COMMUNITY LIAISON

• Director role: minimum 1-year commitment

• Attend minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Monitor general administration email and either answer or forward messages to appropriate board members

• Assist the events director and fundraising/sponsorship director in hosting events and partnering with businesses

• Welcome new residents to the community

• Help sell community memberships

• Represent our communities at events

• Help find volunteers when needed

MEMBERSHIPS DIRECTOR

• Minimum 1-year commitment

• Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Lead the Membership Committee and provide updates to the Board

• Plan and execute annual membership drives and community outreach

• Maintain accurate membership records and manage applications and renewals

• Oversee membership funds and coordinate reporting with the Treasurer

• Support community events by promoting and selling memberships

• Recommend membership fees, budget, and strategies to grow participation

• Commitment to the work of the organization

• Willingness to serve on committees and attend committee meetings

• Keeps and distributes minutes at meetings and Annual General Meetings.

• Support of and participation in special events and fundraising activities
