Calling all change-makers, visionaries, and community enthusiasts!

If you have 5-10 hours a month to give, you can spend it honing your skills and learning from other community leaders while adding a sprinkle of joy to your community. Sounds amazing, right? Here's your chance to make it a reality!

URGENT ROLES TO FILL as of April 2026

COMMUNITY LIAISON

• Director role: minimum 1-year commitment

• Attend minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Monitor general administration email and either answer or forward messages to appropriate board members

• Assist the events director and fundraising/sponsorship director in hosting events and partnering with businesses

• Welcome new residents to the community

• Help sell community memberships

• Represent our communities at events

• Help find volunteers when needed

PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR

• Minimum 1-year commitment

• Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually

• Work with executive to create community programming

• Find and hire coaches to operate programs

• Work with Rink/Hub director to identify programming needs

• Create programming schedules and email participants about program information such as weather anomalies and cancelled lessons
