Current CHPH Board of Director Vacancies
COMMUNITY LIAISON
Director role: minimum 1-year commitment
Attend minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually
Monitor general administration email and either answer or forward messages to appropriate board members
Assist the events director and fundraising/sponsorship director in hosting events and partnering with businesses
Welcome new residents to the community
Help sell community memberships
Represent our communities at events
Help find volunteers when needed
PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
Minimum 1-year commitment
Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually
Work with executive to create community programming
Find and hire coaches to operate programs
Work with Rink/Hub Coordinator to identify programming needs
Create programming schedules and email participants about program information such as weather anomalies and cancelled lessons
MEMBERSHIPS DIRECTOR
Minimum 1-year commitment
Attend a minimum of 7 in-person board meetings annually
Lead the Membership Committee and provide updates to the Board
Plan and execute annual membership drives and community outreach
Maintain accurate membership records and manage applications and renewals
Oversee membership funds and coordinate reporting with the Treasurer
Support community events by promoting and selling memberships
Recommend membership fees, budget, and strategies to grow participation
