Yoga in the Park

Enjoy the outdoors in your neighbourhood and take time for yourself to recharge and move your body. We are offering a 6 week outdoor yoga class starting July 31st! The classes are perfect for all levels (new to yoga and experienced). You can purchase a pass for all 6 weeks or a flexible 3 week class. The 3 week pass allows you to drop into any 3 classes of your choosing.


When: Thursdays July 31 - Sept 4

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Where: Coach Hill Fields (6940 Coach Hill Rd SW) 6-Week Full Session: $50.00 for CHPH Members / $75.00 for Non-Members

3-Week Flex Pass: $30.00 for CHPH Members / $40.00 for Non-Members Style: Yang & Yin (aka best of both worlds!)

This class will be a blend of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. It begins with an all levels practice with emphasis on breath and dynamic movement. Then it concludes with a long cool down of poses designed to open up the body physically and energetically. These yin postures are held slightly less than they would be in a traditional yin class, making the yin-yang yoga class a well-rounded experience for yogis of all levels.


What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water Bottle

  • Any Yoga props you would like- blocks, bolsters etc... these are all optional.





Last Day to Register is Tuesday July 29th or when we reach capacity.
