Yoga in the Park - Session 2 - Thursdays August 24th - September 28th

Yin Yoga is a gentle slow and soothing practice that stimulates acupressure points in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin Yoga specifically targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, joints and ligaments. This gentle yoga practice releases tension and stretches fascial tightness which provides greater mobility, increase in circulation and a decrease in stress.

When: Thursdays August 24th - September 28th.

Time: 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm

Where: Coach Hill Fields (6940 Coach Hill Rd SW)

This is a 6 week Program

Cost is $50.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members.

Last Day to Register is Thursday May 25th.
