Yoga in the Park - Thursdays May 25 to June 29

Yin is a gentle Yoga practice with long passive yoga poses. It targets deep connective tissues, joints and bones. This practice is suitable for everyone. Certified Instructor Tanya Reid will host this gentle class.

Time: 6-7pm

Where: Coach Hill Fields (6940 Coach Hill Rd SW)

This is a 6 week Program

Cost is $50.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members.
