This meeting will look at major trends experienced by CAs with high membership percentage rates: residents who join their CA to access programs, the effectiveness of door-to-door campaigning, and sustaining perceived value in the eyes of community. We will also be discussing aspects of 4 key components for preparing a membership recruitment strategy: understanding “buy in”, value in profile building, common recruitment tools or tactics, and the importance of following up on what you do!
