City of Calgary Stay n' Play program (July 22, 2013)

For ages 3 to 5, 10 a.m. – noon
Stay n’ Play is a free outdoor drop-in program. Join in the fun with games, crafts and other activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian who joins in the fun. FREE

Please NOTE:

Don’t forget your hat, lunch, appropriate footwear, sunscreen, bug spray and plenty of water.
Registration with City leaders is required on site each day.
These programs are open to individuals and families only.
All programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
All programs are free.

City of Calgary Park n' Play program (July 22, 2013)

Join us for this free program put on by The City of Calgary.

For ages 6 to 12, 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Park n’ Play is a free outdoor drop-in program. Join in the fun with games, crafts and other activities. Children will be divided into two age groups where possible (ages 6 to 8 and 9 to 12), with age appropriate activities planned. If participant numbers are low, children will remain together as one large group. FREE

Fall Cleanup & Recycling Day (September 21, 2013)

As in the past, community members are invited to participate in our annual e-cycle event.

We'll accept computers, electronics, office equipment, metals, disposable household items.

Furniture and clothes in reasonable collection for Women in Need.

Items we cannot accept include tires, household chemicals, car batteries, home appliances, propane tanks, gasoline or petroleum products, glass, florescent or mercury vapor lights, paint or aerosol containers, microwaves, liquids, combustible or explosive materials, asbestos of any kind, air conditioning and refrigeration units, lead materials, radioactive materials and containers, and any materials containing hazardous or toxic substances.

There will be a minimum $5 donation for each carload.

Please note, you must be a CHPH member to participate in this event. Memberships will be available on site for purchase.
